Optimisasi Rute Pelayanan Darurat COVID-19 di Tingkat Kelurahan Menggunakan Analisis Jaringan

Abstract


Jakarta merupakan salah satu kota di Indonesia dengan jumlah kasus COVID-19 yang tinggi. Di kota-kota, transportasi jalan menghadapi tantangan berupa jaringan jalan yang kompleks. Variabel transportasi ini dapat menimbulkan tantangan yang signifikan dalam pelayanan darurat ambulans COVID-19. Masalah ini dapat diatasi dengan mengoptimalkan rute ambulans berdasarkan jaringan jalan yang tersedia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi rute terpendek dengan waktu kedatangan ambulans terpendek yang dapat menghubungkan 14 Rukun Warga di tingkat kelurahan dengan rumah sakit yang tersedia menggunakan Analisis Jaringan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan 14 rute yang dioptimalkan dengan panjang yang bervariasi. Panjang rata-rata rute optimal adalah 1,593 km, dengan rentang mulai dari 0,369 hingga 3,078 km. Wilayah bagian Utara dari kelurahan yang diteliti memiliki waktu kedatangan ambulans terlama, dengan nilai 5 menit. Bagian Timur, di sisi lain, memiliki waktu kedatangan ambulans tersingkat sekitar 2-3 menit. Penelitian ini membantu perencana kota dengan menempatkan rumah sakit di lokasi yang paling strategis dengan waktu kedatangan ambulans yang paling singkat.
