Abstract


This study identified factors that affect the level of Working Capital Credits. Because credit distribution is the main asset of the bank in generating income, it certainly containing risks on the sustainability of a bank.  For this reason, we identified the influence of Third-party Funds, Credit Interest Rates, and Non-performing Loans on the distribution of Working Capital Credits in the South Central Java area in the period 2015 to 2019. In addition, this study also detect how Working Capital Credits influence in the Manufacturing Industrial growth in the South Central Java. Using analysis of data panel, this study indicated that the variable Credit Interest Rates have negative and significant effects on the distribution of Working Capital Credits. Meanwhile, the variable Third-party Funds and Non-Performing Loans has no significant impact on the level of distribution of Working Capital Credits. The result of the study also shows that Working Capital Credits have negative and significant effect on the Manufacturing Industrial growth in the South Central Java area in the period 2015 to 2019.
