Abstract
This study examines the Implementation of Full Day School in School Culture Perspectives in Pangkep 11 Public High Schools. Focusing on structural and cultural interventions. This research uses a qualitative approach. Sources of data in this study are the principal, vice principal of curriculum, vice principal of student, teacher, extracurricular adviser, and students. Data collection procedures through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification and conclusions. The results showed that: Implementation of full day school in the perspective of school culture in SMA 11 Pangkep can be seen from the point of structural and cultural interventions. Structural interventions include extracurricular activities, routine activities, spontaneous activities, and examples that reflect the value of Strengthening Character Education (PPK) while from the point of cultural intervention is realized through the inculcation of religious, nationalist, independent, integrity, and mutual cooperation values that are actualized in activities extracurricular activities, routine activities, spontaneous activities, and examples.
