Dejene Mendera Beleta received his MA degree in TEFL at Addis Ababa University on 2011. Currently, he is a Lecturer of English Language at Dire Dawa University and a PhD candidate in ELT at Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia. He has taught English language for more than ten years at Dire Dawa University and private institutions. His research interests are on the practice of student-teacher classroom interaction, the role of cooperative language learning in enhancing students writing performance, and the correlation of writing apprehension and writing performance of university students, etc. He has participated in reviewing research articles at the university as a member of Research and Technology Interchange (RTI). Seime Kebede (PhD) is a senior lecturer and a researcher of English language at Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia. He has been involved in teaching several courses in both the undergraduate and the graduate programs at Addis Ababa University for long years.
