Hubungan Antara Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif dengan Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik Kelas VIII SMPN 19 Makassar (Studi pada Materi Pokok Sistem Ekskresi Pada Manusia)

Abstract

This research aims: (1) To determine the level of creative thinking ability of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 19 Makassar. (2) To determine the level of learning outcomes of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 19 Makassar. (3) To determine the relationship between creative thinking abilities and the learning outcomes of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 19 Makassar. The type of research used in this research is correlational survey research. The population in this study was class VIII students at SMP Negeri 19 Makassar for the 2022/2023 academic year, totaling 332 students. The sample in this study was taken using the Slovin formula with a simple random sampling technique of 77 students. The instrument used in this research was a creative thinking ability test instrument in the form of a 10-item essay. The research results obtained were that the level of creative thinking ability of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 19 Makassar was in the quite creative category with an average of 46.61. The level of learning outcomes for class VIII students at SMP Negeri 19 Makassar is in the low category with an average of 49.23. There is a relationship between the ability to think creatively and the learning outcomes of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 19 Makassar.
