Abstract


his study aims to determine how the Implementation of the Rapid Response Unit (URC) Program in Overcoming Poverty in Bulukumba Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. By looking at the extent of the implementation of the program to the community through 4 indicators from Edward III, namely: Communication, Resources, Disposition, and Bureaucratic Structure. This study aims to find out about how to implement the Rapid Response Unit (RRC) Program in Overcoming Poverty in Bulukumba Regency. used a descriptive qualitative research and data collection techniques were carried out by interview, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used consisted of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of the Rapid Response Unit (RRC) Program in Bulukumba Regency was seen from the four criteria for implementing Edward III's policies, namely: 1) communication 2) resources 3) disposition 4) bureaucratic structure. Based on the results of the study, 3 indicators of implementation have not gone well, namely communication, resources, and disposition, and one indicator that can be said to be running well is the Bureaucratic Structure indicator, so that judging from these indicators the RRC program has not run optimally.
