The results showed that the implementation of the KOTAKU program in Tanete Riattang District, Bone Regency, could be said to have been going well according to Meriee S. Grindle's theory. This can be seen from the 7 sub-Indicators that are running well including: a. interests b. Benefit. c. Changes, d. Decision making, e. strategy, f. characteristics of the institution, g. compliance and implementer response. Two other sub-indicators are still not good, namely implementers and resources. The supporting factors for the implementation of the program are community participation, while the inhibiting factors are limited land, less active implementers, and people who still dispose of waste improperly. The facilitator is expected to be able to provide equal facilities to the entire community so that social jealousy does not occur, program implementers must be more active in providing socialization to the community so that all people can know about the KOTAKU program and maintain the infrastructure that has been provided.
