Abstract


This Community Partnership program focused on
the application of practicum based on science process skills for
Junior High School or equivalent students. The program aimed
to give an overview to the Junior High School or equivalent
students by doing: 1) efforts to provide mentorship program to
the Junior High School or equivalent students in Herlang
District in order to understand process-based skills science, 2)
efforts to help the Junior High School or equivalent students in
Herlang District to be skilled in practicing practicum based on
science process skills. The targets and outcomes to be
achieved in the program were to realize the program on how to
make students capable of practicing based on science process
skills and to provide an overview to the teacher in applying
practicum based on science process skills. Lecture methods,
discussion, question and answer, and direct demonstrations
were applied to delivering the training material.
