Peningkatan profesionalisme guru melalui pelatihan penulisan karya tulis ilmiah

Abstract


PKM program was carried out by providing training
and mentoring activities to participants regarding Scientific
Writing (KTI). The program was done to improve teacher
professionalism with the aims of (1) to increase knowledge
about scientific writing, (2) participants can implement
scientific papers well in its duties, and (3) participants can
disseminate knowledge of scientific papers. The main target
participants in this PKM Program activities were school
supervisors, school principal, and teachers in the
Tinggimoncong District, Gowa Regency, South-Sulawesi
Province. The results obtained in this PKM program included:
1) Knowledge, concepts, and development of scientific papers
of PKM program participants increased, 2) PKM program
participants know the types of scientific writing, 3) PKM
program participants know the techniques and ways of writing
scientific papers, and 4) PKM program participants can
compile and write scientific papers. Other results obtained
were the increase in participants' motivation in understanding
the material of scientific writing and high enthusiasm of
participants in disseminating the results of PKM program,
especially the information related to the scientific writing.
