Abstract


BUMDes is a village business forum that has a spirit
of independence, togetherness and mutual cooperation
between the village government and the community to develop
local assets to provide services and increase the economic
income of the community and villages. Based on the activity
plan, the output targets generated after the activity are an
increase in understanding of the village community and village
officials in the Donri-Donri District of Soppeng Regency
related to the existence of BUMDes. It is also hoped that each
village has and can run and develop Village Owned
Enterprises. After being given training shows that participants
have understood the importance of BUMDes, the types of
businesses that can be managed by the village, problems that
are often encountered and the solution, to the way of managing
BUMDes. Based on the results of the service, the advice given
is that a follow-up is needed, namely starting to establish or
develop BUMDes. Therefore, there is a need for synergy from
village officials, village facilitators, regional officials or NGO
activists to jointly manage BUMDes.
