Abstract

Abstract: One method to detect early of infertility suspects in men is through the examining sperm sample macroscopically. Macroscopic analysis includes volume, color, odor, pH, viscosity, and liquefaction. Data analysis was done descriptively by showing in the form of bar chart. The results showed that: the respondents who checked for macroscopic cement had an age range between 21-50 years with the highest number of respondents with age range 26-30 years ie 39.6 % and lowest with age range 46 - 50 years. The macroscopic examination performed on the respondents who checked for cement profile generally had normal results (97%), while the rest were abnormal (3%). Macroscopic examination of cement profiles conducted by respondents in Prodia Laboratories based on age range showed normal results with the highest score without any disturbance in the age range 21 - 25 years (100% volume, 100% odor, 100% pH, 100% color, liquefaction 100 %, and 100% viscosity) and lowest with age range 31-35 years (volume 94.7%, 100% odor, 98.2% pH, 100% color, 98.2% liquefaction, and 89.5% viscosity).
