Pengembangan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik Biologi Berbasis Keterampilan Proses Sains Pada Kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Pangkep

Abstract

Abstract: Curriculum of 2013 requires science process skills ability to be possessed by student in learning and teachers are demanded to develop learning material to develop learning material to encourage students’ activeness in class. Appropriate approach and learning source are needed. The science process skills approach and students’ worksheet (LKPD) can be combined to answer the problem. The problems of study are (i) How to develop LKPD based on science process skill in biology subject in grade XI at SMAN (Senior High School)? (ii) How is the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of LKPD based on science process skill in Biology subject in grade XI at SMAN? The study aims at (i) developing LKPD based   on science process skill in Biology subject in grade XI at SMAN, (ii) examining the LKPD based on science process skills in Biology subject in grade XI at SMAN which met the criteria of valid, practical, and  effective that had  been  developed. The study was research and development to design and develop new product. The development model referred to ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evalution) model. The site of study was at SMAN 1in Pangkep. The subject of the study was grade SMA XI MIA 2.The result of the study reveal that the mean score of total validity of LKPD based on science process skill was 4,26 which was in valid category. The mean percentage of students’ response was 87,46 which was in very good category, and students’ response on LKPD was positive; whereas, the mean percentage of teacher response was 100% which was in very strong category and teacher response on LKPD was positive. The learning outcomes were 90,32% that  achieved KKM; thus, it was effective. The conclusion based on result of the study is the LKPD based on science process skills on excretion system material developed is valid, practical, and effective.
