HUBUNGAN PENGAWASAN PIMPINAN DENGAN KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR DINAS PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN DAN ASET DAERAH KOTA BUKITTINGGI

Abstract


This study aims get information about the relationship between monitoring of leader with the Employe’s Performance in Department of Finance and Asset Management Areas of the city Bukittinggi, the monitoring of leader views of: 1) the standard setting, 2) the measurement, 3) evaluation and 4) follow-up, while the Employee’s Performance can be seen from: 1) responsible, 2) employment initiative, 3) discipline and 4) suitability target or targets job. Population of this study is all employees are civil servants who are in Department of Finance and Asset Management Areas of the city Bukittinggi the number of 92 people. The number of samples is 36 people were taken using Chohran’s Formula of population by using proportional stratified random sampling technique. Data collection tool was a questionnaire. Based on the result of reseaerch that has been done can be cocluded that the monitoring of leader at the high category in the amount of 67,9% and the employe’s performance at the not good category that is equal to 60%. The results showed that thein monitoring the relationship with the Employe’s Performance in Department of Finance and Asset Management Areas of the city Bukittinggi with a correlation coefficient 2,96.
