Focus and Scope
Biology Teaching and Learning is a journal that publishes the latest research into biology teaching and learning, assessment of biology, development of biology learning and teaching strategy, biology teaching media, and learning resources. It is owned by the Department of Biology, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Science, Universitas Negeri Makassar. It is published twice a year.
Jurnal Biology Teaching and Learning adalah jurnal yang mempublikasikan penelitian terbaru tentang pembelajaran biologi, penilaian biologi, pengembangan strategi pembelajaran dan pembelajaran biologi, media pembelajaran biologi, dan sumber belajar. Dimiliki oleh Departemen Biologi, FMIPA, Universitas Negeri Makassar. Terbit dua kali setahun (Juni dan Desember)
Aims
The journal aims to bridge the gap between research and practice, providing information, ideas and opinion, in addition to critical examinations of advances in biology teaching and learning research.
Special emphasis is placed on research relevant to educational practice, guided by educational realities in systems, schools, colleges, and universities. Papers that are theoretically informed and methodologically rigorous are welcomed.

Semua tulisan yang masuk ke Biology Teaching and Learning akan mengikuti peer review
All research articles in this journal have undergone rigorous peer review, based on initial editor screening and anonymised refereeing by at least two anonymous referees.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
