Abstract

ABSTRAK

Keuntungan usahatani kentang. Penelitian yang dilakukan di Kabupaten Gowa bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keuntungan usahatani kentang. Tujuan tersebut menggunakan metode analisis ekonometri regresi berganda dengan pendekatan teori fungsi keuntungan Cobb-Douglas atau Unit Ouput Price (UOP)-Cobb Douglas Profit Function (CDPF). Berdasarkan dimensi waktu digunakan data silang tempat tahun 2012. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa upah tenaga kerja, harga bibit kentang, lama pendidikan formal, dan pengalaman usahatani berpengaruh positif terhadap keuntungan usahatani kentang Kabupaten Gowa, sedangkan harga pupuk, umur petani, dan tanggungan keluarga tidak berpengaruh terhadap keuntungan usahatani kentang.
