Abstract


ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi struktur tubuh tentang tinggi badan, berat badan, lingkar paha dan panjang tungkai terhadap kemampuan lari 60 meter pada Murid SD Negeri Biringbalang Kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh murid SD Negeri Biringbalang Kabupaten Gowa dengan jumlah sampel penelitian 40 orang murid putra yang dipilih secara random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi dengan menggunakan sistem pengolahan SPSS Versi 15.00 pada taraf signifikan 95% atau  a0,05. Bertolak dari hasil  analisis data, maka penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: (1) kontribusi tinggi badan terhadap kemapuan lari 60 meter pada murid SD Negeri Biringbalang Kabupaten Gowa sebesar 74,7%, (2) kontribusi berat badan terhadap kemampuan lari 60 meter pada murid SD Negeri Biringbalang Kabupaten Gowa sebesar 71,6%, (3) kontribusi lingkar paha terhadap kemampuan lari 60 meter pada murid SD Negeri Biringbalang Kabupaten Gowa sebesar 77,7%, (4) kontribusi panjang tungkai terhadap kemampuan lari 60 meter pada murid SD Negeri Biringbalang Kabupaten Gowa sebesar 40,3%, dan (5) kontribusi antara tinggi badan, berat badan, lingkar paha, dan panjang tungkai terhadap kemampuan lari 60 meter pada murid SD Negeri Biringbalang Kabupaten Gowa sebesar 75,1%. . Ini membuktikan bahwa kemampuan lari 60 meter dipengaruhi oleh tinggi badan, berat badan, lingkar paha dan panjang tungkai. Struktur tubuh merupakan salah satu syarat mencari olahragawan yang berbakat untuk berprestasi. Bagi cabang olahraga atletik khususnya dinomor lari sprint. Seorang pelari, perlu ditunjang dengan komposisi tubuh atau struktur tubuh yang ideal. Sebagaimana yang telah diuraiakan disetiap hipotesis tentang tinggi badan, berat badan, lingkar paha dan panjang tungkai merupakan bagian-bagian struktur tubuh yang sangat mempengaruhi kemampuan dalam berlari, apalagi di nomor jarak pendek atau sprint. Dengan demikian struktur tubuh tentang tinggi badan, berat badan, lingkar paha, dan panjang tungkai memiliki kontribusi terhadap kemampuan lari 60 meter.

ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine the contribution of structure on height, weight, thigh circumference and leg length of the ability to run 60 meters in Elementary School Students Biringbalang Gowa. This research includes descriptive research. The population of this study were all primary school pupils Biringbalang Gowa with sample number 40 disciples chosen son random sampling. The data analysis technique used is the technique of regression analysis ausing SPSS Version 15:00 treatment system at 95% significance level or  0.05. Departing from the results of the data analysis, the study concluded that: (1) contribution of height to Traffic ran 60 yards on elementary school students Biringbalang Gowa by 74.7%, (2) contribute to weight gain ability to run 60 meters at elementary students State Biringbalang Gowa by 71.6%, (3) contribute to the ability of thigh circumference ran 60 yards to the elementary school students Biringbalang Gowa by 77.7%, (4) contribute to the ability to run the leg length of 60 meters to the elementary school students Biringbalang Gowa by 40.3%, and (5) contributions between height, weight, thigh circumference, and the length of the leg to the ability to run 60 meters to the elementary school students Biringbalang Gowa by 75.1%. . This proves that the ability to run 60 meters is affected by height, weight, thigh circumference and leg length. Body structure is one of the requirements seeking a talented athlete to excel. For athletic sports in particular under-run sprint. A runner, to be supported by body composition or structure of the ideal body. As already diuraiakan each hypothesis about height, weight, thigh circumference and leg length are the parts of the body structure that greatly affect the ability to run, especially in the short-distance number or sprint. Thus, the body structure of height, weight, thigh circumference, and limb length has contributed to the ability to run 60 meters.
