HUBUNGAN ANTARA DAYA LEDAK TUNGKAI DAN KECEPATAN DENGAN KEMAMPUAN LOMPAT JAUH PADA SISWA SMA NEGERI 15 MAKASSAR

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara daya ledak tungkai dan kecepatan dengan kemampuan lompat jauh. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMA Negeri 15 Makassar pada jenis kelamin laki-laki dengan jumlah sampel penelitian 40 orang yang dipilih secara random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis korelasi dengan menggunakan sistem SPSS Versi 15.00 pada taraf signifikan 95% atau a_0,05. Bertolak dari hasil  analisis data, maka penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: (1) ada hubungan yang signifikan daya ledak tungkai dengan kemampuan lompat jauh pada siswa SMA Negeri 15 Makassar, terbukti r_o =  0,799   (P = 0,000 < a_0,05); (2) ada hubungan yang signifikan kecepatan dengan kemampuan lompat jauh pada siswa SMA Negeri 15 Makassar, terbukti r_o = 0,781 (P = 0,000 < a_0,05); dan (3) ada hubungan yang signifikan antara daya ledak tungkai dan kecepatan dengan kemampuan lompat jauh pada siswa SMA Negeri 15 Makassar, terbukti R_o = 0,808 (P = 0,000 < a_0,05).

ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine the relationship between limb explosive power and speed with the ability to jump far. This study includes a descriptive type of research. The study population was all high school students in District 15 Makassar male gender with the study sample of 40 people chosen at random sampling. Data analysis techniques used were correlation analysis techniques using SPSS system version 15:00 on 95% or a significant level a of 0.05. Starting from the results of data analysis, the study concluded that: (1) there is a significant relationship with the explosive power leg long jump ability of the District 15 high school students Makassar, proved to be ro = 0.799 (P = 0.000 <a 0.05), (2 ) there is a significant relationship with the ability to speed the long jump at the District 15 high school students Makassar, proved to be ro = 0.81 (P = 0.000 <a 0.05), and (3) no significant relationship between limb explosive power and speed with the ability to long jump District 15 high school students in Makassar, proved Ro = 0.808 (P = 0.000 <a 0.05).
