Author Guidelines

PANRITA: Jurnal Pembelajaran Bahasa dan Sastra Daerah serta Pembelajarannya

AUTHOR GUIDELINES

  1. Papers submitted to PANRITA Journal should be based on research findings related to the teaching of local language, linguistics, and local literature (Field studies or libraries).
  2. Papers submitted conform to the format of the journal, written either in Indonesia.
  3. The document is typed using Microsoft Words (doc/docx) with the following format: Times New Roman, font advanced scale 100, spacing condensed 0,3 pt., and normal position in A4 paper with space of 3 cm left, 4 cm right, 4 cm top, and 3 cm bottom, single space.
  4. The text of the script uses a single space; use a 12-point font; use italics instead of underscores (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, images and tables are placed in the text in the appropriate place, not at the end.
  5. The systematic of the paper consist of: title, authors name, authors affiliation, and authors affiliation address, main author’s email, DOI (provided by the editors), abstract and keywords, introduction, method, research findings and discussion, conclusion, and references. Please download article template.
  6. Title, abstract, and key words are written in one coloumn, while others are written in two columns. The abstract’s body text is formatted in two columns with width stipulation of 7 cm in each column and the gap between each column is 1 cm.
  7. The article is to be arranged in the order as follows:
    1. The Title of the Paper: The title is written no more than 12 words. Article titles, chapter titles, and sub-chapter titles are written in bold type;
    2. Name and Author’s Address: Complete name must be written below the title without mentioning academic degree,  institution afiliation,  and author’s e-mail address are written below the author’s name;
    3. Abstract and Key Word: The abstract format is an introduction, method, results, and discussion, written concisely. Abstracts of less than 150 words are written in paragraphs without references and citations. The last part of the abstract contains keywords that reflect the concept of the article and help improve the accessibility of the article, as well as for index preparation. A maximum of 4 keywords that represent the main concepts of the article.
    4. Introduction (no subchapters needed): Introduction contains background of the study, explaining the actual phenomenon of the problem(s) studied in the article, supported by references and previous studies that have been done individually or in a group.Introduction contains problem(s) (one focused problem is better), purpose(s) of the study, research significance, and theory used to solve the problem(s). Every resource used in the article must all be cited in the references list. The length of this part should be around 10—15  % of the total papers.
    5. Research Method: The research method contains an explanation of the method used by researchers to produce findings. Method also contains research approach and methods, source of data/population and sample, sampling technique, instrumentation and data collection method, and technique of data analysis.
    6. Findings and Discussion: Presented in a form of subchapters no more than three levels without using numbering. Showing and explaining the main analysis directly to answer research problem(s) and purpose(s) of the study; Table, graphic, picture, and/or photo (if any) must all be numbered, titled, and noted along with the text’s references. Tables and figures must present the results of the study. Tables and figures are presented no more than one page. The images are numbered according to the appearance in the text, the number of tables and images is a maximum of 5 pieces. Images that require more than half a page must be placed on separate pages. If the form of an image is an identifiable person or an illustration that has been published, then it must be accompanied by written permission. Figures, tables and graphics must be placed using space 1 with related text.
    7. Conclusion: conclusion  must answer the problem(s) and purpose(s) of the study. Conclusion is not in the form of a summary and not a repetition of findings. Give recommendations for future researchers related to research follow-ups.
    8. References: The references used must include the latest publications (80% of original studies, research results, ideas, and theories or concepts maximal in the last decade, except for classic references as historical data). Primary sources such as journal articles and research reports including undergraduate theses, master theses, and dissertations are most welcomed.
    9. Citations: Citations, references, tables, figures, illustrations, statistics, and bibliography writing should refer to Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (6th edition) and APA Style Guide to Electronic References. Referencing style is APA, author can visit (http://www.apastyle.org) for seeing examples of the reference style. For magazine or journal name in the bibliography, author to follow List of Journal Indexed in Index Medicus. You may use references management software such as Mendeley, Zotero, NVivo or EndNote.

Pedoman Penulisan

Jurnal PANRITA Prodi PBSD FBS UNM

  1. Naskah yang dikirim ke Jurnal PANRITA harus didasarkan pada temuan penelitian yang terkait pengajaran bahasa daerah, kebahasaan, dan sastra daerah (Studi lapangan atau kepustakaan);
  2. Naskah diketik dalam bahasa Indonesia;
  3. Dokumen diketik menggunakan Microsoft Words (doc/docx) dengan format berikut: Times New Roman, ukuran skala lanjutan 100, spasi terkondensasi 0,3 pt., dan  posisi normal dalam kertas A4 dengan ruang 4 cm kiri, 3 cm kanan, 4cm atas, dan bawah 3 cm, satu ruang.
  4. Teks naskah menggunakan spasi tunggal; menggunakan ukuran huruf 12 poin; menggunakan huruf tegak bukan huruf miring atau garis bawah (kecuali dengan alamat URL); dan semua ilustrasi, gambar, dan tabel ditempatkan di dalam teks pada tempat yang sesuai, bukan di akhir.
  5. Sistematika naskah terdiri dari: judul, nama penulis, afiliasi penulis, email penulis utama, DOI (disediakan oleh editor), abstrak dan kata kunci, pengantar, metode, temuan penelitian dan diskusi, kesimpulan, dan referensi
  6. Judul, abstrak, dan kata kunci ditulis dalam satu kolom, sementara yang lain ditulis dalam dua kolom. Abstrak ditulis dalam dua kolom dengan ketentuan lebar 7 cm di setiap kolom dan jarak setiap kolom adalah 1 cm
  7. Artikel disusun sebagai berikut:
    1. Judul Naskah: Judul ditulis tidak lebih dari 12 kata.  Judul artikel, judul bab, dan judul subbab ditulis dengan huruf tebal.
    2. Nama dan Alamat Penulis: Nama lengkap harus ditulis di bawah judul tanpa menyebutkan gelar akademik, institusi, dan alamat email penulis ditulis di bawah nama penulis;
    3. Abstrak: Format abstrak adalah pengantar, metode, hasil, dan diskusi, yang ditulis secara ringkas. Abstrak kurang dari 150 kata yang ditulis dalam paragraf tanpa referensi dan kutipan. Bagian terakhir dari abstrak berisi kata kunci yang mencerminkan konsep artikel dan membantu meningkatkan aksesibilitas artikel, serta untuk persiapan indeks. Maksimal 4 kata kunci yang mewakili konsep utama artikel.
    4. Pendahuluan: Pendahuluan berisi latar belakang penelitian, menjelaskan fenomena aktual dari masalah yang dipelajari dalam artikel, didukung oleh referensi dan studi sebelumnya yang telah dilakukan secara individual atau dalam kelompok. Pendahuluan berisi masalah (satu masalah terfokus lebih baik), tujuan penelitian, signifikansi penelitian, dan teori yang digunakan untuk memecahkan masalah. Pendahuluan harus 15—20 % dari jumlah naskah. Setiap sumber yang digunakan dalam artikel semua harus dikutip dalam daftar pustaka.
    5. Metode Penelitian: Metode penelitian berisi penjelasan tentang metode yang digunakan oleh para peneliti untuk menghasilkan temuan.  Metode juga berisi pendekatan dan metode penelitian, sumber data/populasi dan sampel, teknik pengambilan sampel, metode instrumentasi dan pengumpulan data, dan teknik analisis data.
    6. Hasil dan Pembahasan: disajikan dalam bentuk sub-bab tidak lebih dari tiga tingkat tanpa menggunakan penomoran. Menampilkan dan menjelaskan analisis utama secara langsung untuk menjawab masalah penelitian dan tujuan penelitian; tabel, grafik, gambar, dan/atau foto (jika ada) semuanya harus diberi nomor, judul, dan dicatat bersama dengan referensi teks. Tabel dan gambar harus mempresentasikan hasil penelitian. Tabel dan gambar disajikan tidak lebih dari satu halaman. Gambar diberi nomor sesuai dengan penampilan dalam teks, jumlah tabel dan gambar maksimal 5 buah. Gambar yang membutuhkan lebih dari setengah halaman harus ditempatkan pada halaman terpisah. Jika bentuk gambar adalah orang yang dapat dikenali atau ilustrasi yang telah diterbitkan, maka harus disertai dengan izin tertulis. Gambar, tabel, dan grafik harus diletakkan menggunakan spasi 1 dengan teks terkait.
    7. Kesimpulan: Kesimpulan harus menjawab masalah dan tujuan penelitian. Kesimpulan tidak dalam bentuk ringkasan dan bukan pengulangan temuan
    8. Referensi: Referensi yang digunakan harus mencakup publikasi terbaru (80% dari studi asli, hasil penelitian, gagasan, dan teori atau konsep maksimal dalam dekade terakhir, kecuali untuk referensi klasik sebagai data historis). Sumber utama dari referensi, yaitu artikel jurnal dan laporan penelitian termasuk tesis sarjana, tesis master, dan disertasi sangat diperlukan. Seluruh kutipan, referensi, tabel, gambar, ilustrasi dan penulisan daftar rujukan merujuk pada publikasi Manual dari American Psychological Association (edisi ke-6) dan Panduan gaya APA untuk referensi elektronik. penulis dapat mengunjungi (http://www.apastyle.org) untuk melihat contoh gaya referensi. Untuk nama majalah atau jurnal dalam daftar pustaka, penulis mengikuti Daftar Jurnal yang Diindeks dalam Indeks Medicus. Anda dapat menggunakan perangkat lunak manajemen referensi seperti Mendeley, Zotero, Nvivo, atau EndNote. 

 

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  4. Willing to not pull articles during the review process or before getting a decision rejected by the editor.

    Bersedia tidak akan menarik artikel selama dalam proses ulasan atau sebelum mendapat keputusan ditolak oleh editor.
